Inclusion Criteria
1) Full-term monofetal pregnancy (>=37 wks of gestational age)
2) Age between 18 years and 99years
3) ASA grade 1 or 2
3) Elective or emergency lower segment caesarean section (LSCS) under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Morbid Obesity
2) Patient with comorbid conditions like heart disease ,Diabetes mellitus, eclampsia, coagulopathy ,HELLP Syndrome
3) Patients with any obvious features of airway difficulty such as abnormal dentition- buck teeth /loose teeth,jaw abnormalities - micrognathia, prognathia ,retrognathia ,restricted mouth opening i.e. an Inter-incisor distance <3cm (less than two finger breadth) restricted neck movement
