Inclusion Criteria
The study will include:
1.The Population between age group of 18 year to 65 years, weighing 40-80 kg.
2.Patients belonging to ASA I or II.
3.Patients receiving general anaesthesia for PCNL in prone position
Exclusion Criteria
The study will exclude:
1.Patient refusal.
2. Pregnanc.y
3. history of a difficult mask ventilation or difficult intubation.
4. Inability to open the mouth for assessment.
5. Mallampati Class 4 airway.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) Assessment of time for the MMP changes to revert back to pre-operative value. <br/ ><br>2) Any assosciated factors like duration of surgery, intraoperative fluid balance (intravenous and irrigation fluids) and blood loss. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: immediately post surgery, 6 hours and 24 hours post surgery
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Any other complications like sore throat, hoarseness, oropharyngeal swelling, inflammation, macroglossia, salivary gland swelling and sublingual hematoma and post operative re-intubation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: immediately post surgery
