Inclusion Criteria
All patients with diagnosed acromegaly scheduled for pituitary adenoma surgery requiring general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Acromegaly patients who have been directly planned for awake fibreoptic intubation.
Refusal to consent for participating in the study

Name Time Method 1 Diagnostic accuracy (Sensitivity, Specificity, Positive and Negative predictive values) of the MMPG evaluated in sitting and supine positions. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2 To compare the clinical characteristics like age, gender, weight, Thyromental distance of acromegalic patients with difficult laryngoscopy and intubation. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3 To compare the serum growth hormone levels/IGF-1 levels of acromegalic patients with difficult laryngoscopy and intubation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: preoperatively and during intubation
