Inclusion Criteria
semen samples of subfertile male patients with
1. Severe oligo astheno teratozoospermia with fresh concentration 1- 10 million, progressive motility 10 - 30% and Kruger morphology <14%
2. Very severe oligo astheno teratozoospermia with fresh concentration <1 million, progressive motility <10%
Exclusion Criteria
semen samples of male patients with Normozoospermia with fresh concentration more than 20 million, progressive motility more than 50% and Kruger morphology more than 14%
