1. Geriatric patients with Type II Diabetes mellitus who have above the age 60 years and within 80 years, both and female.
2. Geriatric patients with normal level of serum vitamin d3, Calcium and phosphorus.(For both sexes, the normal reference ranges for serum Ca 2.12 to 2.65 mmol/L (8.5 to 10.6 mg/dL) and Serum Phosphorus 0.81 to 1.65 mmol/L (2.5 to 5.1 mg/dL, Vitamin D3 is 50 nmol/L (20 ng/mL)),
3. Geriatric patients with Type II Diabetes mellitus who are willing to participate in this study.
1. Geriatric patients with Type II Diabetes mellitus with other systemic illness like cardiac problem, kidney disease.
2. Geriatric patients with high level of serum vitamin d3, Calcium and phosphorus.(more than serum Ca 2.12 to 2.65 mmol/L (8.5 to 10.6 mg/dL) and Serum Phosphorus 0.81 to 1.65 mmol/L (2.5 to 5.1 mg/dL, Vitamin D3 is 50 nmol/L (20 ng/mL)
