Inclusion Criteria
Classical symptoms of karsya like Vyayama asahishnuta, kshutpipasa asahishnuta, sheetoshna asahishnuta
BMI in between 16 to 18.5 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
Krishata secondary to any illness such as Tuberculosis, HIV, and other systematic illness.
Diabetic mellitus, hereditary, congenital problems and Malignancies.
