Exclusion Criteria

Participation in a selective agreement with the same diagnosis in the previous year, medical rehabilitation measures due to the back pain diagnosis in the previous year, existing care degree

The overall aim of this research study is a health economic assessment of a treatment program <br>consisting of the concept of multimodal pain therapy for patients with back pain (carried out within an integrated care program) compared to routine care.
