Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery in Seoul St. Mary's hospital
2. Adults (age more than 19 years old and less than 70 years old)
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 1 or 2
Exclusion Criteria
1) History of thyroid cancer or other neck surgeries
2) presence of hematoma of the neck
3) ASA physical class III or IV
4) Disagreement to participate in this study
