All geriatric patients can be chosen for inclusion. The inclusion criteria are:
1 ) Patient has been hospitalized at the time of the survey on the station 15.II = 2 days
2 ) patient is born before 1945
3 ) hospitalization due to acute illness or exacerbation of chronic disease
4 ) patient should be placed in a position informed consent for study participation or has a legal representative of this for him takes over
1 ) Patient has been hospitalized at the time of the survey on the station for more than 2 days before 15.II
2 ) patient was born after 1945
3 ) Patient is not giving capable his informed consent for study participation and has no legal representative can do that for him
4 ) patient is not to participate due to lack of German language skills in a position in the survey
