Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All geriatric patients can be chosen for inclusion. The inclusion criteria are:
- •1 ) Patient has been hospitalized at the time of the survey on the station 15\.II \= 2 days
- •2 ) patient is born before 1945
- •3 ) hospitalization due to acute illness or exacerbation of chronic disease
- •4 ) patient should be placed in a position informed consent for study participation or has a legal representative of this for him takes over
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 ) Patient has been hospitalized at the time of the survey on the station for more than 2 days before 15\.II
- •2 ) patient was born after 1945
- •3 ) Patient is not giving capable his informed consent for study participation and has no legal representative can do that for him
- •4 ) patient is not to participate due to lack of German language skills in a position in the survey
