Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients between the age group of 18-60 years.
2) Either sex will be selected.
3) Acute cases of kasa will be selected.
4) Patients willing for trial.
5) Patients who are giving consent to study.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Age more than 60 and less than 18 years including chain smokers.
2)Patients not willing for trial.
3)Patients having complications like Rajayakshma (T.B.),Asthma,Pneumonia,Malignancy etc.are not considered.
4)Patients suffering from any severe systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Heart problem which may interfere with the course of treatment will be excluded.
5)Patients having creatinine more than 1.2mg/DL
6)Patients having SGOT,SGPT,RFT more than 2times of normal range.
