Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients who will give written informed consents.

2 Patients between the age group of 16-60 years.

3 Patients diagnosed with Pandu roga lakshana as

mentioned in ayurvedic texts.

4 Hemoglobin between 8-10gm% (Moderate Anaemia).

Exclusion Criteria

1 Persons who will not give written informed consent for study.

2 Severe Anaemia >8 gm%.

3 Iron deficiency Anemia due to other disorders like Hepatic cirrhosis, Rheumatoid arthritis,

Uremia, Malignant disorders.

4 Sideroblastic Anemia, Thalassaemia etc other haemoglobinopathies.

5 Persons having systemic severe illness, bed ridden patients and any type of Cancers.

6 Female patients who are pregnant or lactating

Subjective parameter- Grading will be done with signs & symptoms of Pandu roga. <br/ ><br>CBC,SGOT,SGPT,Serum Creatinin, <br/ ><br>Blood UreaTimepoint: After two months intervenetion of kaisa bhasma orally & 15 days after stopping of medicine

Subjective parameter- Grading will be done with <br/ ><br>signs , symptoms of Pandu roga. <br/ ><br>CBC,SGOT,SGPT,Serum Creatinin, <br/ ><br>Blood Urea.Timepoint: After 2 months of treatment above mentioned investigations will be done to compare before day 0 after day 60 results. follow up on day 75
