Inclusion Criteria
1. Age more than 18 years
2. Undergoing elective craniotomy under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Undergone craniotomy under other anesthetic techniques for example local anesthetic with sedation
2. Patients who did not have perioperative temperature recording
3. Undergone emergency craniotomy
4. Patients who denied to participate in the study
