Inclusion Criteria

1.Have a symptom of peripheral neuropathic pain
2.Age 18 - 65 years
3.Have pain score numerical rating scales (NRS)>5

Exclusion Criteria

1) Pregnancy, 2) Previous carbarmazepine, oxcarbazepine and lidocaine treatment, 3) Allergy to oxcarbazepine, carbamazepine or lidocaine, 4) Patient with cancer, 5) Patient with impaired mental status or psychosis. 6) Patient with uncontrolled medical conditions such as Child-Pugh B, CrCl<50 ml/min, arrhythmia.
