- •Pacientes de ambos sexos, de edad > 18 años, con menopausia en el caso de la mujeres (definida como la esterilización quirúrgica un año de post-menopausia natural);
- •Diagnóstico citológico o histológico de cáncer de vejiga;
- •Cáncer papilar múltiple y recidivante grado G1-G2 y estadío Ta;
- •Estado funcional del ECOG de 0 ó 1;
- •Buen funcionamiento de la médula ósea: neutrófilos = o sup. 1.500 mL; plaquetas = o sup. 100.000 mm3; Hb = o sup 10 g/dl;
- •Firma del consentimiento informado.
- •Dispuesto y con capacidad de cumplir con el protocolo durante todo el estudio.

排除标准
- •Hipersensibilidad al paclitaxel o a alguno de sus constituyentes.
- •Cáncer papilar T1 o invasión de la musculatura (T2-T4).
- •Cáncer previo o concomitante de las vías urinarias superiores o de la uretra prostática o carcinoma in situ (CIS).
- •Neoplasias malignas previas o concomitantes distintas del cáncer superficial de la vejiga.
- •Presencia de enfermedades urológicas significativas que puedan interferir con el tratamiento intravesical.
- •Participación en otro ensayo clínico con fármacos en fase de investigación en los 30 días previos a la inclusión en el screening para el estudio o tratamiento concomitante con otros fármacos en fase de investigación.
- •Administración de otra quimioterapia o radioterapia en las 4 semanas anteriores a la inclusión en el estudio.
- •Inmunoterapia o quimioterapia intravesical previas de menos de 3 meses anteriores a la inclusión en el estudio.
