Inclusion Criteria

1. If the course of disease lasts for more than 12 weeks and the cause is not clear, the pain and discomfort in the subcostal margin, above the transverse ridge of the hip and the midaxillary line on both sides should be improved by relevant MRI/CT and other auxiliary examinations to exclude the organic lesions related to the spine;
2. Complain of pain at least 3 days a week;
3. Vas score >=3 in the last week;
4. The subjects signed informed consent and agreed to complete the entire treatment cycle;
5. Subjects can receive acupuncture treatment without fear of acupuncture.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) The spine has definite tumor, infection, myelopathy, spinal stenosis, strong spinal spondylitis, fracture and other organic lesions;
(2) Patients with lumbar disc herniation who have obvious symptoms of nerve root compression;
(3) Those who have;
(4) Patients with severe knee and hip osteoarthritis;
(5) Flat foot, unstable ankle joint, excessive nervous system disease, severe leg muscle atrophy and prerotation syndrome;
(6) Those who have serious medical diseases, critical diseases, abnormal coagulation function, and are not easy to accept acupuncture treatment for a long time;
(7) Pregnant women or lactating women;
(8) Those who are afraid of acupuncture and cannot accept the experimental scheme.
