Name Time Method It is expected that the personality traits identified in the first assessment as candidates for change, i.e. for increase or decrease, and which were the subject of the sessions, will appear more adjusted in the third assessment. It is hoped that the traits that required reduction or increase will result in scores between T 45 and 56 on the Neo Pi -R personality test in the third assessment. This outcome is individual, which means that each participant will have a goal (increase or decrease) specific to their profile.<br>;It is expected that the changes in personality, assessed with the Neo Pi-R test, identified in Collection 3, will also be maintained in Collection 4, approximately three months after the intervention. The degree of test-retest correlation between the five major personality factors in Collection 3 and 4 is expected to result in a moderate or high effect size, with values greater than 0.50.
