Inclusion Criteria
- Gender is not limited, age between 18 and 70 years old;<br>2. Good oral hygiene, no abnormal dental structure<br>3. Healthy people who have not been clinically diagnosed as caries (can suffer from other oral diseases) according to their medical history and clinical examination;<br>4. Good compliance, willing to keep follow-up;<br>5. Be willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- Volunteers participate in other medical research projects at the same time;<br>2 Allergic to plant probiotics;<br>3. People with mental illness or cognitive impairment;<br>4 Patients who could not follow the doctor's advice to use probiotic oral lozenges and return to the doctor on time;<br>5 Pregnant and lactating women;<br>6. Those who have used immunomodulators and hormone drugs within three months;<br>7 Patients who have not recovered from major surgery recently;<br>8 Known history of primary immunodeficiency;<br>9 known to have active tuberculosis;<br>10 Known history of allogeneic organ transplantation and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;<br>11 Known HIV infected persons and carriers (HIV antibody positive);<br>12 Known hepatitis B infection and carriers (Dasanyang and Xiaosanyang)<br>13 Serious infections that are active or poorly controlled clinically;<br>Symptomatic congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Grade II) or symptomatic or poorly controlled arrhythmias;<br>15 The researchers considered that other reasons were not suitable for this researcher.
