1.Healthy citizens
2.Age from 20 to 60 years old
1.History of epilepsy or having seizure within 1 year.
2.History of depression and screening by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)(15) for anxiety (HADS-A) > 7 and/or for depression (HADS-D) > 7.
3.History of CNS diseases or injury such as stroke, traumatic brain injury.
4.Having abnormal neurological examination (weakness, hyperreflexia, spasticity or any positive long tract signs).
5.Having abnormal skull or has undergone skull operation or having intracranial metallic implants.
6.History of cognitive impairment and screening by Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) ≤ 23(16).
7.History of drug abused or alcohol dependent.
8.Having acute or chronic pain, which numeric rating scale > 4.
9.Having neurostimulator implants such as vagal nerve stimulator, deep brain stimulator, stents, aneurysm clips/coils, cochlear implants.
10.Having symptoms of peripheral neuropathy such as numbness, or history of carpal tunnel syndrome.
