Inclusion Criteria

patients with moderate or severe acne (both sexes between the ages of 15 to 35 years old) who do not respond to conventional treatment.
Exclusion criteria: patients with hyperlipidemia; hepatitis; lactating pregnant; women not wanting to have long contraception; omega 3 and vitamins A intake; allergy to seafood; aspirin or warfarin use and bleeding disorders .
