入选标准
- •1. Volunteer to be as the subject;
- •2. in line with diagnostic criteria of PBC;
- •3. in line with Chinese medicine syndrome of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin;
- •4. To be aged 30 to 65 years old.
排除标准
- •1. autoimmune hepatitis and primary sclerosing cholangitis overlap syndrome;
- •2. with hepatic encephalopathy or Upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
- •3. complication with other chronic liver diseases and liver cancer;
- •4. take glucocorticoid.
