Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers; both genders; age between 18 and 50 years; carriers of the HIV virus; regular users of antiretroviral therapy; sedentary.
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteer smokers; alcohol abuse; physical limitation for exercise; chronic diseases; cardiorespiratory diseases; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic disorders; disuse of therapy; incorrect training.
