- •Adult patients from both sexes; with the diagnostic of Dupuytren; with indication for surgical treatment, defined as the inability to open de palm of the hand on a flat surface
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with previous surgery in the hand; diseases that affect hand function; contraindications to surgical procedure
