Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age group of 20\-70 years
  • •2\.ASA I ,II and III patients
  • •3\. Patients requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring
  • •4\. Patients who satisfy the criteria of Arm circumference / Cuff width equals to 0\.4 to 0\.5

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\- ASA \>III
  • •2\-Morbid obesity
  • •3\-Cardiac condtions like CCF, AF, PVOD, AV fistula
  • •4\-Lymphedema, previous mastectomy with axillary lymph node dissection
  • •5\-Emergency surgeries
