Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age group of 20\-70 years
- •2\.ASA I ,II and III patients
- •3\. Patients requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring
- •4\. Patients who satisfy the criteria of Arm circumference / Cuff width equals to 0\.4 to 0\.5
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\- ASA \>III
- •2\-Morbid obesity
- •3\-Cardiac condtions like CCF, AF, PVOD, AV fistula
- •4\-Lymphedema, previous mastectomy with axillary lymph node dissection
- •5\-Emergency surgeries
