Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All cases diagnosed with Dissociative (conversion) disorder, with or without co\-morbid mild level of depression and anxiety (as per ICD\-10 diagnostic criteria).
- •2\. Able to read and write Hindi and/or English
- •3\. Ability to comprehend instructions for assessment
- •4\. Adolescents staying with at least one parent for \> 1 year
- •5\.Adolescents and parents willing to give informed written assent /consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Adolescents with subnormal intelligence (as per clinical history)
- •2\.Adolescents receiving structured psychotherapeutic treatment currently or in past 6 months
- •3\.Major co\-morbid psychiatric conditions except for cases with co\-morbid mild level of depression and anxiety
- •4\.H/s/o chronic medical and/or neurological illness
- •5\.Presence of physical impairment in hearing, vision, speech and neurological functions (examined by respective medical disciplines)
- •6\.Uncooperative adolescents
