Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •The students of Universitas Padjadjaran.
  • •18 \- 25 years old.
  • •Having complaints / problems related to academics who register as clients to the Padjadjaran University Counseling Center.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Presentation of any physical disability
  • •2\. In the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist related to psychological disorders
