入排标准
入选标准
- •1. All patients giving informed
- •consent to participate in the study.
- •2. Patients with renal stones in whom PCNL operation was indicated and or necessary.
排除标准
- •1. Patient not consenting for inclusion in the above trial.
- •2. Patients with pregnancy, mental disorders or illness who cannot understand or comply with the study protocol.
- •3. Patients in whom PCNL was contraindicated (uncorrected
- •coagulopathy,CRF) , etc.
- •4. Patients with large stone burden, stone size >3cm in size, staghorn calculus, bilateral renal stone, ureteric stones and multiple renal stones needing multiple tracts
- •5. Patients with severe co morbidities (acute MI, bleeding diathesis, multi organ dysfunction)unfit for surgery/PCNL.
- •6. Patients with known h/o hypersensitivity/anaphylaxis/CI
- •to Bupivacaine or its components
