Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients who sign the informed consent form.
2) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes from Professor Tong Xiaolin's outpatient and endocrine outpatient, according to the 2011 World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients without telephone contact information.
2) Patients who do not cooperate with the questionnaire.
