Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals who can perform scapular protraction and retraction without pain will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria are those who have injuries to the neck or shoulder, those diagnosed with musculoskeletal disorders of the cervico\-thoracic spine or shoulder joint, those who have surgery on the neck/shoulder/back, and those who are unable to perform the required measurement movements.
