入选标准
- •Sixty patients
- •ASA I or II
- •Modified Mallampati class I and II airway
- •scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation will be included.
排除标准
- •Non-consenting patients
- •History of allergy to opioids or sleep apnea
- •History of cardiovascular, cerebral, renal, hepatic, bronchospastic or endocrine disease or psychiatric disorder.
- •On anti-hypertensives, hypnotic or narcotic analgesics
- •Full stomach patients, pregnant and lactating females.
