入选标准
- •Patients with age more than 25 years with Serum Sodium >135 at admission undergoing orthopaedic surgery will be included
排除标准
- •Patients with conditions known for hyponatremia (e.g.
- •cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, congestivecardiacfailure, orAIDS) and syndrome of
- •inappropriate anti-diuretic hormone secretion (head trauma, meningitis, stroke,
- •subarachnoidor subdural haemorrhage, Guillainâ??Barre syndrome, aspergillosis, lung abscess,
- •pneumonia,tuberculosis, intermittent porphyria and acute psychosis) will be excluded
