Inclusion Criteria
1.patients having symptoms of diabetic retinopathy like blurred vision,visualization of false images such as hair circles flags etc.
2.diagnosed patients of Diabetic mellitus and inspidus
3.patients developing or developed diabetic retinopathy changes in fundus
Exclusion Criteria
4.patients of background and non proliferative diabetic retinopathy
