IPD Patients.
Having dengue fever with thrombocytopenia and diagnosed on the basis of lab
investigation. Dengue IgG, IgM, NS1 antigen either test positive
If platelet count > 20000/cumm
Patient <20000 platelet count.
Malarial fever, UTI, LRTI, URTI, typhoid, TB.
Patient known history of idiopathic thrombocytopenia, any other kind of bleeding
disorder.
Dengue shock syndrome, alcoholic patients and liver cirrhosis, dengue encephalitis.
H/O upper GI bleed, small Intestine bleeding, lower GI bleeding.
Lactating women, ANC women who are in menstruation or have abnormal bleeding.Patients on Aspirin and NSAIDs.Stroke, MI patients.
