Patients with chronic HF under stable clinical condition, aged over 20, can follow instructions without mental illness or hearing impairment.
1. Have resistance training within the past six months.
2. Unable to perform squats due to degenerative joint arthritis.
3. Walk less than 30 minutes daily.
4. Have a history of venous thrombosis.
5. Peripheral neuropathy.
6. Severe peripheral arterial disease.
7. Impaired kidney function.
8. Severe hypertension.
9. Under dual antiplatelet therapy.
