Inclusion Criteria
- •having gestational hypertension-Pregnancy Over 20 Weeks-Media Literacy- Samsung Mobile & WhatsApp Messaging-18-35 Years Old-Iranian-Primiparous-Having Single Pregnancy-No history of other mental and physical illnesses-no smoking, alcohol and drugs-No history of overt hypertension
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lack of access to samples - disasters during the research process - unwillingness to cooperate with the mother
