Inclusion Criteria
- •having gestational hypertension\-Pregnancy Over 20 Weeks\-Media Literacy\- Samsung Mobile \& WhatsApp Messaging\-18\-35 Years Old\-Iranian\-Primiparous\-Having Single Pregnancy\-No history of other mental and physical illnesses\-no smoking, alcohol and drugs\-No history of overt hypertension
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lack of access to samples \- disasters during the research process \- unwillingness to cooperate with the mother
