1. Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery.
2. American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) physical status I/II
3. Age 20-60 years of either gender
1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway and requiring >2 attempts and >15 seconds for intubation
2. Patients refusing to give Informed Consent
3.Pregnancy, history of mental illness, Bleeding diathesis, Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic or renal diseases
4. Receiving treatment with any of study drugs
5. Known allergy to study drugs
6. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg/m2)
