Inclusion Criteria

- Outpatients
- Aged between 18 and 65 years
- During intake diagnosed with a main diagnosis of chronic bipolar disorder
(type I or 2) or a chronic of recurrent severe depression
- Gebruik van psychofarmaca
- Een somatische en leefstijl (MOPHAR) meting hebben gehad waarbij 3 of meer
metabole parameters afwijkend zijn
- Beschikbaarheid van een of 2 naasten (dat wil zeggen: vrienden of
familieleden, liefst personen met wie zij het huishouden delen)

Exclusion Criteria

Insufficient command of the Dutch language
