入选标准
- •Non-professional athlete women with patellofemoral syndrome
- •Positive Clark test result
- •Positive 9090 test result
- •Normal body mass index (18/5-25)
- •Age 18-35 years old
- •Pain between 3-6 according to visual analogue scale
- •Score less than 85 in kujalla questioner
- •Score between 5-6 in tegner questioner
排除标准
- •History of any lasting orthopedic or neurological injury in the lower limbs and spine
- •The difference in the actual length of the lower body be more than 1/5 centimeters
- •Significant congenital malformation in the lower limbs
- •Pain during tests
- •History of receiving any treatment for patellofemoral pain syndrome in the last 6 months
