入排标准
入选标准
- •1.ASA grade I and II patients undergoing major abdominal surgery
- •2. Age 18 to 80 years
排除标准
- •1.Patients with previous history of Schizophrenia, Dementia or Parkinsonism
- •2.Patients taking any kind of psychiatric treatment.
- •3.Patients in sepsis (either fever, raised TLC, known source of infection).
- •4.Patients already on ventilator.
- •5.Patients who are not extubated within 2 hours after surgery.
- •6.Known contraindications to either of the drugs.
- •7.Pregnant women.
