- •ASA Grade I-II of either sex presenting for spine surgery with motor evoked potential monitoring
排除标准
- •preoperative neurologic deficit grade < 3
- •pre-existing myopathies
- •morbid obesity,
- •diabetes mellitus
- •history of coronary artery disease,
- •history of chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency,
- •history of heart block,
- •history of allergy to any drugs,
- •history of seizures
- •history of pacemaker and automatic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator
