- •Inclusion criteria : having identified diabetes type 2? age 50 and above? no infection risk of choronis disease and disability? haing least literate? resident in ahvaz? acquaintance with the persian language? married with children Exclucion critia : Any social or family crisis? hospitalization or acute illness?
