Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed with dementia by a doctor/physician.
2. Has clinical dementia rating score between 1.0 and 2.0 with mild to moderate stage.
3. Has the ability to give informed consent prior to the study.
4. Patients who are regularly attending the hospitals.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Suffering from illness at the time of data collection
2. Patient with severe hearing loss and has communication barrier.
3. Comorbidities of acute infection, trauma, myocardial infarction and other emergencies.

Name Time Method The primary outcomes are Cognitive Functions and quality of life among Dementia patients before and after the implementation of Group Reminiscence Therapy InterventionTimepoint: At Baseline, week 01 to week 12, <br/ ><br>Post test <br/ ><br>12th week (Post Test-I) <br/ ><br>•Follow Up <br/ ><br>6th Month (Post Test-II) & at 1year (Post Test-III) (to check residual effect of therapy at 1year only on 10% of the population) <br/ ><br>
