- •1. Diagnosed with dementia by a doctor/physician.
- •2. Has clinical dementia rating score between 1.0 and 2.0 with mild to moderate stage.
- •3. Has the ability to give informed consent prior to the study.
- •4. Patients who are regularly attending the hospitals.
排除标准
- •1. Suffering from illness at the time of data collection
- •2. Patient with severe hearing loss and has communication barrier.
- •3. Comorbidities of acute infection, trauma, myocardial infarction and other emergencies.
