Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •TTo be included in the study participants are 60 years or older; participate in regular recreational activities twice a week; do not participate in structured resistance training for less than six months prior to the commencement of the study;present a medical certificate on the project application.
Exclusion Criteria
- •To be included in the final analyzes; participants had to perform 80% of all training sessions; participate in the collections before and after the training sessions.
