Inclusion Criteria

TTo be included in the study participants are 60 years or older; participate in regular recreational activities twice a week; do not participate in structured resistance training for less than six months prior to the commencement of the study;present a medical certificate on the project application.

Exclusion Criteria

To be included in the final analyzes; participants had to perform 80% of all training sessions; participate in the collections before and after the training sessions.

Primary Outcome Measures

Expected Outcome 1<br>Regarding the primary outcome, it is expected a drop in glycemic level, and increased demand for hyperglycemic hormone.<br>(insulin). In addition, I would expect the different intensity levels to be an ideal slope for causing the hypotensive effect on blood pressure.<br>arterial; After the descriptive analysis, data normality will be tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test. Results will be presented by average and<br>standard deviation. For comparisons between moments t-tests will be applied to paired samples. All data will be analyzed by the<br>SPSS version 22.0 software and the significance level will be established when p <0.05.
