Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients with Type II diabetes with shoulder dysfunction. (E-13)

2) Patients with Type II diabetes without shoulder dysfunction.(E-13)

Exclusion Criteria

1)Superficial injury of shoulder and upper arm(S40)

2)Open wound of shoulder and upper arm(S41)

3)Fracture of shoulder and upper arm(S42)

4)Dislocation, sprain and strain of joints and ligaments of shoulder girdle (S43)

5)Injury of nerves at shoulder and upper arm level (S44)

6)Injury of blood vessels at shoulder and upper arm level (S45)

7)Injury of muscle and tendon at or below elbow (S46)

8)Crushing injury of shoulder and upper arm (S47)

9)Traumatic amputation of shoulder and upper arm (S48)

10)Multiple injuries of shoulder and upper arm (S49.7)

11)Other specified and unspecified injuries of shoulder and upper arm (S49.8, S49.9)

12)Patient h/o rheumatic disease (M06.9)
