Iran Air force soldiers
Body mass index below 25
Between 20 and 26 years
Exclusion Criteria
Have a regular exercise program

Method of measurement: Repeat to failure with 40% of 1RM(First, by the formula of Brzeski, the maximum muscle strength was determined to perform a maximum of one repetition, and then by 40% of this Strength, they performed the Movement until they could not perform a repetition without pausing.;Explosive Power.
