Inclusion Criteria
1. Consent to participate in the study.
2. ASA grade I & II.
3. Patients undergoing cervical spine surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with Cardiovascular, Hepatic, Renal, or Neuromuscular disorder.
2. Patients with ASA Grade III and IV.
3. Coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis.
4. Patients with other associated facial, skull base and/or mandibular fractures.
