self reported healthy, between 18 and 85 years old. Patients requiring intraoral bone augmentation prior to implantation with dental implants.

Name Time Method Measurement of DNA in the serum of patients who have received allogenic bone replacement material at 4 times:<br>T1: preoperative<br>T2: immediately postoperative<br>T3: 5 weeks postoperatively<br>T4: 4 months postoperatively<br><br>Measurement is performed by real time PCR and gel electrophoresis.

Name Time Method Furthermore, the DNA is assessed quantitatively and qualitatively. Exosomes are detected and measured, as well as mRNA.<br>
