Inclusion Criteria

1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of hypertension proposed by Revised Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China in 2018and is diagnosed as primary hypertension.
2. Age=60 years.
3. Consciousnessindependent behavior ability.
4. Take long-acting anti-hypertensive drugs.
5. Blood pressure changes before and after breakfast are monitored for 3 consecutive days before intervention. The occurrence of PPH is more than 2 times.
6. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Morning peak hypertension (The mean of systolic blood pressure within 2 hours after morning minus the lowest systolic blood pressure during night sleep >=35 mmHg).
2. In the state of hypertensive emergency or sub-acute symptoms.
3. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred within months.
4. Severe trauma and surgical history within 6 months.
5. Routine diet is unacceptable for various reasons.
6. Using nitratesdigoxinorlistatacarboseoctreotideguar gum34-DL-SODcaffeine or other psychotropic drugs within one month.
7. Suffering from Parkinson's syndromemultiple system atrophy, or Alzheimer's disease.
