入选标准
- •1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of hypertension proposed by Revised Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China in 2018and is diagnosed as primary hypertension.
- •2. Age=60 years.
- •3. Consciousnessindependent behavior ability.
- •4. Take long-acting anti-hypertensive drugs.
- •5. Blood pressure changes before and after breakfast are monitored for 3 consecutive days before intervention. The occurrence of PPH is more than 2 times.
- •6. Agree to participate in this study.
排除标准
- •1. Morning peak hypertension (The mean of systolic blood pressure within 2 hours after morning minus the lowest systolic blood pressure during night sleep >=35 mmHg).
- •2. In the state of hypertensive emergency or sub-acute symptoms.
- •3. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred within months.
- •4. Severe trauma and surgical history within 6 months.
- •5. Routine diet is unacceptable for various reasons.
- •6. Using nitratesdigoxinorlistatacarboseoctreotideguar gum34-DL-SODcaffeine or other psychotropic drugs within one month.
- •7. Suffering from Parkinson's syndromemultiple system atrophy, or Alzheimer's disease.
