(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Crohn's disease and are in clinical remission (CDAI score <150);
(2) Those who meet the TCM criteria for insomnia due to deficiency of the heart and spleen;
(3) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia and have a PSQI score >7;
(4) Informed and willing to participate in this research.
(1) Those who are younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old;
(2) Patients who were diagnosed with CD in the past, but recently had obvious abnormal heart, liver, and kidney function, or combined perforation, obstruction, massive bleeding, cancer and other urgent complications requiring surgical treatment;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) Persons with abnormal mental state or physical disabilities;
(5) Those who are participating in other clinical trials or taking sedative-hypnotic drugs;
(6) Those who did not receive follow-up for various reasons.
