Inclusion Criteria
Weight between 45-75 kg
ASA physical status I, II and III
Elective major VATS oncosurgery involving lateral decubitus position, one lung ventilation and capnothorax.
Exclusion Criteria
Inability to tolerate one-lung ventilation Inability to tolerate lateral decubitus position Hemodynamic instability
